Consumer Contracts Regulations:

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us by email or telephone within this timeframe, and we will provide instructions on how to return the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel. We will refund the full purchase price of the goods, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Faulty Goods:

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the goods. We will arrange for the product to be returned to us, and we will either repair, replace or refund the product depending on the nature of the fault.

Change of Mind:

If you change your mind and wish to return a product that is not faulty, we will accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the goods is the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items:

Sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email or telephone, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the goods. Please include your order number and reason for return in your communication.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process, and we recommend that you use a tracked and insured delivery service.
